What does a Retail & Service Sales Specialist do?

Every day, you’ll help our loyal clients by:

  • Finding the right parts to keep machines running.

  • Matching customers with the perfect equipment when it’s time for an upgrade.

  • Documenting service requests and clearly explaining repair estimates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with parts and accessories, anticipating their needs.

  • Help find the right equipment by understanding customers’ needs.

  • Communicate repair orders clearly with the shop.

  • Provide exceptional customer care in-store and over the phone, ensuring smooth experiences.

  • Use technology to manage orders, track trends, and maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in outdoor power equipment or similar industries).

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical info simply.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems.

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. 

  • Working indoors and outdoors.
