Finding the right parts to keep machines running.
Matching customers with the perfect equipment when it’s time for an upgrade.
Documenting service requests and clearly explaining repair estimates.

What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with parts and accessories, anticipating their needs.
Help find the right equipment by understanding customers’ needs.
Communicate repair orders clearly with the shop.
Provide exceptional customer care in-store and over the phone, ensuring smooth experiences.
Use technology to manage orders, track trends, and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in outdoor power equipment or similar industries).
Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical info simply.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Working indoors and outdoors.
